Kep Younce has served individual clients and closely-held business clients for three decades, working with them to provide customized solutions to their tax, accounting, and business planning needs. Kep believes that proper planning cannot be done in a one year vacuum. "The future must be anticipated, in conjunction with existing current facts to maximize planning opportunities."

Prior to establishing Younce & Co., Kep worked in public accounting and as a controller in private industry. Bringing these two perspectives to the businesses he serves allows him to provide a realistic and practical view about the challenges business owners face while developing creative solutions to address them.

Kep graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University. He is involved in a variety of professional organizations including the AICPA and the NCACPA. Kep's former and current community involvement includes serving as Treasurer of the Cabarrus County Educational Foundation, President of Concord Downtown Development Corporation, and an Elder at First Presbyterian Church.

Aside from working closely with clients, Kep’s interests include physical fitness, high school and college sports, reading, and travel. He is also an avid music collector.
